1. The order of the itinerary is subject to change based on ticket availability, weather conditions, local situations, or operational requirements and will be decided by the Tour Manager.
2. Tour departure is subject to a minimum number of passengers. If the required number is not met, the company reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tour.
3. Full payment must be completed before the departure date. Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
4. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per company policy and airline rules after booking confirmation.
5. Passengers must carry a valid passport and required travel documents. The company will not be responsible for any issues related to passport validity or visa rejection.
6. Flight timings and airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
7. No refund will be provided for any unused services such as meals, sightseeing, transfers, or hotel stay.
8. Any personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, room service, additional meals, or optional tours will be borne by the passenger.
9. The company shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused due to natural calamities, flight delays, strikes, political disturbances, or unforeseen circumstances.
10. The Tour Manager's decision during the tour will be final and binding for all.
11. Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policies.
12. Rates are subject to change in case of currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge increase, or government tax changes.
