• Flight Cancellation Charges: If any additional charges are incurred due to flight cancellation, the passenger must bear the cost difference.
   
• Unforeseen Cancellations: Tour operators and Suvarna Yatra are not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, traffic congestion, road closures, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   
• Bus Seat Allocation: Bus seats will be allocated on an alternate basis. Kindly cooperate.
   
• Tour Manager Decisions: The decisions of the tour manager are final during the tour.
   
• Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer if there are any issues related to passports or other documents.
   
• Hotel Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out of the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.
   
• Advance Payment: The advance payment made for the booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. Instead, you can choose any package within 3 months.
