• Water Sports & Adventure Activities: Jet skiing, banana boat rides, parasailing, scuba diving, or any other water-based adventure activities not mentioned in inclusions.
   
• Boat Charges: Private yacht rentals, speed boat rides, or any additional boat transportation apart from the included Dhow Cruise.
   
• Ferrari World Ride Activities: Entry to Ferrari World is included only as a photo stop. All ride passes or activities inside the park must be booked and paid for separately.
   
• Tourism Dirham Fee: Mandatory tourism tax imposed by the Dubai government, payable directly at the hotel during check-in or check-out.
   
• Special Entry Charges: VIP access, express passes, peak hour tickets, or premium seating for any shows, events, or tourist attractions.
   
• Personal Expenses: Laundry, telephone bills, room service, minibar, additional snacks, beverages (non-complimentary), shopping, and tips.
   
• Travel Insurance: Any kind of travel, health, or baggage insurance.
   
• Flight Seat Selection & Extra Baggage: Charges for preferred seat selection or excess baggage not included in the standard airline allowance.
   
• Visa Rejection Charges: In case of visa rejection or delay, cancellation charges will apply as per policy. Visa fees once paid are non-refundable.
   
• Meals Not Mentioned: Any meals or drinks not specified in the inclusions, including meals during airport layovers.
   
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Unless specifically mentioned, hotel check-in is post 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

1. If there are any additional charges due to airline cancellations, passengers must bear the cost difference.
    
2. The tour operator and Suvarna Yatra are not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, traffic, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
    
3. Bus seating will be on a rotational basis – your cooperation is appreciated.
    
4. The decisions of the tour manager during the trip will be final.
    
5. Passport/document-related issues are the responsibility of the customer.
    
6. Early check-in and late check-out at hotels are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
    
7. Advance booking payments are non-refundable. However, you may opt for any other package within 3 months.

• 20–15 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges
   
• 15–10 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges
   
• Within 10 days of departure: 100% cancellation charges
