The order of the itinerary is subject to change based on ticket availability, weather conditions, local situations, or operational requirements and will be decided by the Tour Manager.
Tour departure is subject to a minimum number of passengers. If the required number is not met, the company reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tour.
Advance payment is non-refundable. However, the amount can be adjusted toward another tour package within the next 3 months, subject to availability and company approval.
Full payment must be completed before the departure date. Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per company policy and airline rules after booking confirmation.
Passengers must carry a valid passport and required travel documents. The company will not be responsible for any issues related to passport validity, visa rejection, or incomplete documentation.
Flight timings and airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
Any charges due to airline cancellations, rescheduling, or flight changes will have to be borne by the passengers.
If the tour is extended due to any reason such as flight delay, weather conditions, natural calamities, or operational changes, the additional days will be charged extra based on hotel accommodation, meals, and transportation costs, and must be paid directly by the guests.
No refund will be provided for any unused services such as meals, sightseeing, transfers, or hotel stays.
Any personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, room service, additional meals, beverages, or optional tours will be borne by the passenger.
The company shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused due to natural calamities, flight delays, strikes, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
The Tour Manager’s decision during the tour will be final and binding for all passengers.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per the respective hotel policies.
Tour rates are subject to change in case of currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge increases, or changes in government taxes.
