• Flight Changes: Any additional charges due to flight delays or cancellations must be borne by the passenger.
   
• Unforeseen Circumstances: Suvarna Yatra and its operators are not responsible for disruptions caused by natural calamities, traffic issues, roadblocks, or other unforeseen events.
   
• Bus Seating: Seating arrangements on the bus will follow an alternate allocation system. We request your kind cooperation.
   
• Tour Manager Authority: The decisions made by the tour manager during the trip are final and binding.
   
• Document Responsibility: Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and up to date.
   
• Hotel Timings: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to hotel policies and must be managed by the customer.
   
• Booking & Refund Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable. However, the amount can be adjusted against any future tour booked within 3 months.

 Cancellation Policy: 

1. 50% of the amount will be charged 15 to 20 days before. 

2. 75% of the amount will be charged between 15 and 10 days before. 

3. 100% of the amount will be charged from the 10th to the departure date.
