• Advance payments made for the booking are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, the amount can be adjusted against any future package within 3 months.

1. Cancellation 20 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the amount chargeable.
    
2. Cancellation 15 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the amount chargeable.
    
3. Cancellation within 10 days of departure: 100% of the amount chargeable.
