Cancellation Policy

• 20 to 15 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge
   
• 15 to 10 days before departure: 75% cancellation charge
   
• Less than 10 days before departure: 100% cancellation charge

• Any additional charges due to airline cancellations must be borne by the passenger.
   
• Suvarna Yatra is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, roadblocks, or other unforeseen events.
   
• Bus seating will be on a rotational basis – please cooperate.
   
• The Tour Manager’s decisions during the trip are final.
   
• Passport or document-related issues are the responsibility of the customer.
   
• Early check-in or late checkout in hotels is not included and must be managed by the customer.
   
• Advance payments are non-refundable. However, the amount can be adjusted against any tour within 3 months.
