1. If there are any additional charges due to airline cancellations, passengers must bear the cost difference.
    
2. Suvarna Yatra and the tour operator are not responsible for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, traffic, road closures, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    
3. Bus seating is assigned on a rotational basis – we request your cooperation.
    
4. Tour manager’s decisions are final during the tour.
    
5. The passenger is solely responsible for the validity of their passport and travel documents.
    
6. Early check-in and late checkout of hotels is at the customer’s own expense.
    
7. The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, the amount can be adjusted towards another package within 3 months.
    
8. Surcharges (peak season, public holidays, events) will be charged additionally at actual cost.
    
9. Midnight Transfers (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM) will incur extra charges.
    
10. Some attractions may be subject to availability and are not guaranteed (e.g., Universal Studios, Gardens by the Bay SuperTree Grove).
     
11. SuperTree Grove Tickets are no longer available via B2B and must be purchased by guests directly at the counter.
